Overview
The 2-Piece Tile Calibrator Box encases a single tile calibrator. The box includes a foam insert with the center shaped to fit a tile calibrator in securely. By inserting the tile calibrator in the space provided, you ensure the product stays immobile even during movement such as during shipment, delivery, or when kept in a shopping bag.
The rectangular packaging box serves another purpose, offering people an improved and comfortable grip. The box’s lid-off design also increases the ease of use, as it quickly opens and closes to take out the item or secure it inside.
The box features the colors white, black, and red. Both the bottom and top of the box is white with an image of a tile calibrator on the front with lettering on both the front and sides of the box. Secured to the bottom of the box is wider, red box that protrudes. Inside the red box lies the black foam insert, thus making it the perfect combination of colors and imagery.
Manufacturing Process
1.Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.
2.Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.
3.Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
