Overview
Display your items in a sophisticated and stylish three-tier box. The two-tier box has three hollow compartments to place items such as jewelry, cosmetics, or other items inside. The exterior of the box is an attractive shade of purple while the compartments are white.
The box opens from the side to reveal three compartments, one at the base, one on top of it, and one on the lid that opens up. When closed, the second compartment on the lid slides in the middle of the first and second compartment. When you open the box, the purple border is visible, which further enhances the look.
Since the box has three compartments, you can store several different items in it and save money on packaging. If your store is holding a promotional offer or a giveaway, you can place the items inside the three compartments. The items will stay secure inside, as to open the box you need to tug on the small ribbon, protruding from the side. The box is made from strong rigid material to ensure security of items.
Manufacturing Process
1.Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.
2.Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.
3.Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
