PACKHAN™ has come up with a solution that takes both into account with custom Full Flap Auto Bottom printed cardboard boxes. The full flap automatic is similar to our tuck top variety, but it can withstand heftier products with its stronger bottom closure panel. Plus, unlike other automatic panels, this one only covers half of the bottom of the box to provide extra stability for heavier items.
The shape of our custom Full Flap Auto Bottom retail packaging is quite similar to the auto lock, but unlike them these come pre-glued to ensure maximum stability. The bottom of the box can also be folded down or opened up for more space. This spells good news for food manufacturers who wish to add condiments to their takeout boxes or dispatch large pharmaceutical orders.
