Overview
The Texture Brown Hexagon Lid-off Box helps sellers create a unique packaging box. The stylish and sophisticated box’s uniqueness comes from the design of the lid and base. Both the lid and base of the box sport six sides.
Opening and closing the box is a breeze. All you need to do to open the box is remove the lid, which comes off easily. The deep and hollow inside of the box offers sufficient space to place chocolates or other smaller items.
The chocolate brown base with light brown lid increase the appeal of the box. The design of the box also features fun green and orange stripped patterns on the sides of the lid. On one side of the lid, there is a broad golden and shiny ribbon that complements the colors of the base and lid.
The hexagonal design also provides the packaging box, made with premium quality material, with increased stability when stacked on top of each other or placed flat on the surface.
Manufacturing Process
1.Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.
2.Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.
3.Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
