Overview
The Wooden Slip Lid Twelve-Insert Box is an ideal packaging option for businesses due to its traditional design manufactured from premium quality wood. It provides maximum protection for products perfect for packaging extremely fragile products.
The insert has twelve compartments with intricate stripes etched into it. The packaging box’s lid slips on and off and has a small, circle indentation. You can take the entire lid off the box or just halfway to expose the items stored inside the insert’s compartments.
Since the squared shaped insert placed inside the wooden packaging box has twelve compartments, it offers you sufficient storage space for small items. Each compartment is deep and hollow to ensure the items stay secure and do not move out of place when handling the box.
Manufacturing Process
1.Preparing the Interior
Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.
2.Preparing the Exterior
After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.
3.Finishing Touches
Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
